Our App is designed to enable users to diarise consent training and does not constitute legal evidence of consent between users.

  • Safe Space Contact: We invite you to nominate a “contact” who can be sent a short message service (“SMS”) alert via this application. This functionality is at no cost and available to users who register their country during sign-on. "Safe space" functionality allows users to designate a contact who will receive SMS alerts through the application's "Safe Space" feature (limited to one alert per day).

  • Device and Usage Information: We automatically collect information about the device you use to access the App, including IP address, operating system, device type, and app usage data (e.g., log-in times, features used). This helps us improve the functionality and performance of the App.

  • User-Generated Content: Content you submit as part of learning activities, feedback, or surveys.

  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use essential cookies and similar technologies for security, fraud prevention, analytics, and improvement of our services.

  • Third-Party Account Integrations: If you sign up or connect with third-party services (e.g., Google, Apple), limited data is transferred as authorized by you.

  • Location Data: With explicit consent, we may process your location for features such as event reminders, marketing or promotional material or enhanced security.

  • To Provide and Improve Our Services: We use your account and consent information to enable the core functionalities of the App, including the ability to diarise consent provided, revoked, or rejected between users.

  • To Ensure Security: We use your device and usage information to help secure your account and prevent fraud, unauthorised access, or misuse of the App.

  • AI Training and Safety: User interactions with the VeriSure Bot may be anonymized and used to improve the app’s AI features but never shared for commercial sale or profiling.

  • As necessary to perform our contract with you;

  • With your consent (which you may withdraw at any time via Account settings);

  • To comply with legal obligations;

  • For our legitimate interests in developing and improving services, preventing fraud, and protecting end users.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to provide you with services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
